Top quality phone case very

Top quality phone case very slim and great protection, i have bought two now and have had the same fault with both the catch has broken? so please please make the catch stronger and then you will have the best case in the market.

I'm happy with this case but there are a few dislikes, first of all, I wish it came in different colors, black is boring and I don't like the plastic snap on the side to close it. The last case I had like this one came in purple and it had a magnetic snap. When something is working, why change it? Other than those two things, I feel my phone is very safe in this case.

The case closing mechanism breaks very easily - poor design flaw. I've had the case replaced twice over this issue of the locking clasp; otherwise a nice case.

This is the second wallet form

This is the second wallet form IPhone protecter I have owned. First was for IPhone 8 Max. Current is for IPhone 12 Pro Max. Both work very well to protect your phone front, side and back, BUT they have two issues that should be addressed. I messaged the company over 2 years ago for the following. The wallet clasp is made of plastic and it breaks! I had suggested a metal clasp, but years later, no response. They did send a replacement quickly for the IPhone 8, and the clasp broke quickly. Still, I purposely bought the essentially same product for the 12 Max because I secure the flap with a rubber band. The second issue is minor. The IPhone 8 design had two flaps with two pockets, while the new one has only one.
Otherwise, the secure grip, relatively slim design and the overall protection warrants the purchase.
Note to Tech 21: Fix the flap - please.

Replaced the same case which was damaged. Like the case very much; could have three card slots spaced along the case flap ‚ lots of room. Feels secure.
