This is the best case I ever

This is the best case I ever had for a phone! Very tough and protects the phone perfectly from all falls nit like other cases! It has one serious problem which forces me to rate it a one! The clicker which fixes the the lid cracks after a few months if usage. They were very nice and sent me a replacement! Same story, the clicker breaks after a few months. I will buy the same case for iphone max pro 13 and just create my own clicker. My hope is that tge manufacturer will fix this clicker soon. If they make it out of metal it should be fine the hard plastic they use now just keeps breaking! I also added a black cardboard into the credit-card holder to protect the screen from the triangle opening for the phone headphone opening

Excellent wallet, but let down

Excellent wallet, but let down by a sub-standard clasp. I'm a careful user and have had two replacements already due the the clasp breaking for no apparent reason.

We love this case with one

We love this case with one exception, QI charging doesn't work well. The thicker part of the case on the back prevents a good contact and it doesn't charge well. Wish we would've known before purchasing. Other than that, the case is durable and we live the screen cover.

Fit very well. The case does not interfere with any of the functions of the phone. It also protects my phone from any damage. I really enjoy Tech21's products. I've had their cases on my iPhone 6, iPhone 8 Plus, and now my iPhone 12 Pro Max

Everything is great about this product when it comes to protection! But!!!! The cheap plastic clasp is the worst design flaw tech21 has come up with. Period! Some design engineers needs to be fired or some money saving executive needs to be sacked also! Why cheap out don't know everything else about tech21 is great except this this!!!! Do better your competition the water animal has created a product that is similar to the one created back in the day and made it magnetic just like you used too! Do better tech21 it's not always about the money!!!!!
