I have had Otterbox cases for at least 10 years. This one is very heavy and bulky. I also didn’t read the description as it is not Mag Safe. Overall disappointed will get a different case.

Sorry to disappoint with the Commuter Series case and its limited compatibility with MagSafe. Although it will allow a charge to pass from a MagSafe charger through to the iPhone held within, as you've discovered, the case doesn't have any magnetic components to help facilitate a "locking" connection.
We do make several different case models for your iPhone 14 Pro that are fully compatible with Apple's awesome accessory ecosystem, such as the Symmetry Series+ case and the Defender Series XT case, so perhaps one of those will be more to your liking! Said to Not be able to get my Trusty Otterbox

I've had an Otterbox for my last 3 phones but now I'm going to need to look elsewhere for a case for my new iPhone14 Pro as I want to be able to protect the camera lens and would like to use the magnets in the phone. I could probably live without the latter, but Otterbox, why haven't you paired up with a company for the camera protection so they we know that they would be compatible? This seems like a no-brainer for the company. I hope you'll adopt a partnership in time for the next phone that comes out.

Doesn't fit Phone With Camera Protector

The case fits my new iPhone 14 Pro perfectly, but the new camera's are not protected at all. I purchased a camera protector, but the camera doesn't line up with the case, now. If you plan on putting a protector on your camera, do not purhcase this case. If you aren't planning on putting a protector on your camera, this case will fit.

Unfortunately, we don't currently make any accessories like that and can't really design our cases around the potential for use with third-party components, which can vary depending on who is making them. Terrible camera protection

I’ve had my new phone less than a week and dropped it flat today getting out of the car and the case does not protect the protruding cameras at all if anything they are flush with lip and now I have a cracked/chipped camera on my brand new phone!

Nice case but no magsafe

This is a very nice durable case but the magsafe charger just falls right off. You have to remove the case to charge it or plug it in. It is very frustrating when it is advertised to work with magsafe so beware if you are looking for that feature.
