Assembly was easy enough, but definitely a 2 person job to make things go smoothly. We were disappointed that the interior paint was already chipped before we even removed it from the box and was flaking as we screwed the bottom onto the base. Handle gets extremely hot during use, which I feel like is a huge design flaw. This one will likely not last 15 years like our previous grill, but hopefully we get at least a few good years.

My review is solely on the instructions of putting the grill together. It would truly be helpful to have written instructions along with pictures. Was truly confusing and frustrating.

New charboil

It's flimsier than the one it is replacing. The old one(over 20 yrs old) still works. I have replaced the burners but I could not find new grates. I don't think this one will hold up which probably makes the manufacturer happy.

Just purchased so don’t have much feedback other that it was relatively easy to assemble. Looks sturdy for the price.
