will never buy again

unstable quality pieces fall off which could damage printers. I still have the worry that the falling piece in the printer which I couldn't find and pick up will cause a serious issue to the printer. I regret buying the cheaper product to save money but it might just cost more.

Non-Canon replacement is fine

This replaces of course the Canon cartridge and it works as well as the original. Why spend more when you don't have to?

Unreliable

We're a small CPA firm. We purchased the same item a few times before. They appeared Okay for our not so heavy printing needs. The last was order about a week ago. Yesterday early in the morning we started to print client organizers for about 35 of them. The printer stopped after about two was printed and messaged check toner connection. After a few times put in and out we realized that the chips on the toner cartridge was broken off. Called staples service right away before 8:30 in the morning and hoped to get a replacement the same day. But of course the answer was "NO". We probably don't want to take the chance to order this same toner again. It caused a major inconvenience right at the start of our tax season!!
