defective cartridge

When I installed this cartridge the whole machine started shaking and there was a horrible rattling/grinding noise that I thought was breaking the machine. In addition it jammed the paper in the machine. When I put the old cartridge back in the machine it worked normally so the remanufactured cartridge was the problem. They're sending me a different one and I hope it works right.

This toner cartridge is leaving a grey line down every copy made. Took it out and re-installed still leaving a grey line. Won't do re-manufactured again
