One had ink in packing before it was open the other one open it and take off orange cover and ink run all over the desk . need to go back and get HP ink for printer

Great service. The store brand printer ink was out of stock and the store at 07860 was most helpful. It arrived via mail within 2 days> Have not yet installed it.

I don’t know why staples even sells these. The firewall on the printer does not accept these remanufactured cartridges. More companies increasing profits at the expense of the environment and people’s pockets.
