Staples Ink Cartridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the Staples remanufactured Black High Yield Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 910XL.
The cartridge was easy to install, even for non- tech people like me ! I used it with an HP officejet pro 8020 series printer.
I used this ink cartridge for personal printing at home and not for a work office, so my printing was smaller scale, but I was happy with the quality of the ink and how long it has lasted so far. The ink was dark, crisp, non faded, and didn’t smear. Even after printing several sheets it still looks fresh. I have not had to replace it yet so I can’t give an exact comparison on the duration of use.
Overall, I am very pleased with the remanufactured ink cartridge and would recommend others use it .

These print cartridges will not work. Printer rejects - clone cartridge.

Only cartridge that worked was a recycled hp cartridge

2 of the 3 cartridges would not work in my printer. Returned all 3 for credit. Only the recycled hp cartridge worked. Generic ones didn't

Problem with the staples remanufactured Black High Yield Ink Cartridge

There were no instructions about inserting in my hp printer and when I removed old and tried to install this new one it began to leak and got ink all over my hand. Then the printer refused to acknowledge it. I am returning it to staples.

It leaked all over my desk when I took it out of the package. I disabled the cartridge protection setting and it still won’t work.

Staples remanufactured DO NOT WORK

I have spent HOURS trying to modify my PRINTER so that it will accept these cartridges. Prior to May 2025 they would work. I now have over $60 of cartridges that DO NOT WORK - not recognized HP chip. HP has firmware that updates to includes dynamic security that checks these cartridges...firmware roll-backs have not worked for me...but I should not need to!
