You have to override your printers software to allow for the Staples, brand cartridges, and that takes at least 20 minutes. Also one of the cartridges that I received last month was leaking in the sealed plastic container , and I had to take it back for replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this ink from the Stellar Product Testing Pannel in exchange for my review. This ink is just as good as any “name brand” ink. I print daily for work and have been happy with the quality of the ink on the pages I print. It was easy to install and works great.

HP Printer Cartridge Saved the Day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the HP 910XL printer cartridge to test as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The cartridge arrived as my current cartridge was running out of ink. I was working on a quote for my travel business and needed to quickly print off some documents for a client and did not have the time to run out to the local store. I was excited to try the sample cartridge to compare against the pages I had just printed from my previous cartridge. I found the cartridge was easy to install and was able to continue to work.
The quality of the ink is superb. The black ink is crisp and did not smudge. Going forward I will always have an extra HP 910XL cartridge on hand instead of waiting on my current cartridge to run out and then need to make a trip to the local store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with the Staples remanufactured Black High Yield Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 910XL.
The cartridge was easy to install, even for non- tech people like me ! I used it with an HP officejet pro 8020 series printer.
I used this ink cartridge for personal printing at home and not for a work office, so my printing was smaller scale, but I was happy with the quality of the ink and how long it has lasted so far. The ink was dark, crisp, non faded, and didn’t smear. Even after printing several sheets it still looks fresh. I have not had to replace it yet so I can’t give an exact comparison on the duration of use.
Overall, I am very pleased with the remanufactured ink cartridge and would recommend others use it .

Problem with the staples remanufactured Black High Yield Ink Cartridge

There were no instructions about inserting in my hp printer and when I removed old and tried to install this new one it began to leak and got ink all over my hand. Then the printer refused to acknowledge it. I am returning it to staples.

It leaked all over my desk when I took it out of the package. I disabled the cartridge protection setting and it still won’t work.
