I have a newer HP printer that rejected the Staples remanufacturedink cartridges. They look just like the HP brand, but my printer would not work when I installed them.

Horrible Purchase

Ijust opened my ink cartridges and the black spilled all over myhands shorts and carpet. Horrible quality. The other cartridges triggered the printer to read the cartridges as altered and cloned and would not work. Horrible product.

You have to override your printers software to allow for the Staples, brand cartridges, and that takes at least 20 minutes. Also one of the cartridges that I received last month was leaking in the sealed plastic container , and I had to take it back for replacement
