Excellent !!!!!!!

I am a 3rd generation coffee drinker and a 2nd gen. Folgers drinker. When Black Silk arrived on the shelf I purchased it I've never been the same ,Our store ran out and we drove 25 mi too get some. I had some problems but Folgers edified it Quickly!! I AM A BLACK SILK FAN.

Black Silk Blend

I've been drinking Black Sil;k for a while. LOVE the rich flavor. Since I have recently retired, I'm not sleeping as well as I used to. I was concerned that maybe I ought to cut back on caffeine.Imagine my surprise when I found Black Silk decaf at a local store. Now I buy one reg. and one decaf and blend them at home. I call it my 'half-caff'!

Great coffee - poor marketing

Dear Folgers,
If all we had to talk about was coffee, you would get the highest marks but alas, that's not all the story. I have long been bothered by marketing schemes where manufacturers try to make believe they have a reason for reducing the size of a product. To say that consumers wanted smaller quantities because we wanted variety was a poor excuse. Especially when we were supposed to get a reduced price along with the reduced volume...which didn't last long! What is seemed to me that was happening was the same thing that has happened to so many other products - a not too subtle way of raising prices. Another good case in point is ice cream. Half gallon, 1,75 pints, 1.5 pints...pretty soon we'll be buying by the spoonful! No complaints with your product, but I wish we still had the same size product...and you'd just tell us when you need to go up in price!
I do love good coffee and I still buy your product! I really like it and have bought it for many years! I have recommended your product to many of my friends and family.

My Folgers Dynasty

My household has bought and drank nothing but Folgers coffee for the last 30+ years, from Gourmet Supreme, to French Roast, to my New Favorite - Black Silk. I enjoy the smell of it brewing in the morning, but something has been changed with the blend, because the pots are not consistent. I sometimes get a very weak pot, and it's too embarrassing to serve. Please don't try and cut corners on your coffee blends!! If it happens enough, I'll have to look elsewhere for my coffee, which won't make me happy after all these years!!

No jitters

I love i's taste. full body, great aroma and just as good warmed up as freshly brewed. Better than the Name Brand outlet coffee drive thrus. this coffee dows not give me the jitters even after a whole pot. no problems before bedtime.

Black Silk containers

My husband and I absolutely love the Black Silk Coffee. Nothing compares for use in a percolator. We have converted many of our family members to it, as well. Our single cup coffee makers went to the curb (due to sanitary reasons). I would like to encourage the company to find a way to sell this coffee in a more land field friendly container. We have used the containers for storage in our shop, hot house, and other places, but we now have plenty. I hate to send these to the land field!
