Lately my Black Silk k-cups have been “exploding “ causing grounds to flow into the water and into my cup!! Not happening with my off brands which certainly doesn’t make sense!!

Where's the BOLD Taste?

I drank this coffee expecting a Blod taste and it's not there. It's just dark. Where's the KICK? THANKS FOR THE EXPERIENCE.

I bought this coffee a number of years ago and loved it. It became my daily coffee. Being a heavy coffee drinker I very much enjoyed the dark, rich flavor every morning and throughout the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Folger's claims the product has not changed, that is not true. The difference in flavor is significant. I like the original, the past, and the newest Black Silk. We consume dozens of boxes per year. Still voting 4/5 because it's nice, but surely different and still changing. QC concern?

I've loved it for years, but just recently tried 1850 Bold Gold. I'm in LOVE!! That's my new go-to coffee!!

Not the same as before

I used to enjoy this coffee. Now, it tastes like a regular batch of the Brazilian coffee they have been pushing. Not happy, wish the company was interested in quality control, but this is not black silk coffee, probably all the same roast now, just different packaging to upsell.

The ONLY coffee I buy now

I first tried this when I received a free sample and I was so impressed I immediately bought a large container. I love dark roast but don't like the bitterness and acidity. Black Silk is so smooth and stomach-friendly, it's like your favorite morning blend light or medium roast but with all the flavor and boldness you want from a dark roast. This is IT for me. I buy nothing but Black Silk now and I've recommended it to all my friends and family, many of whom have also become dedicated Black Silk purchasers. Please don't ever change it or take it off the market because I sincerely doubt I could replace it with anything that comes remotely close. Black Silk ROCKS!

When I make coffee at home its always Folgers, just tried Black Silk and OMG!!!!! This coffee is absolutely delicious! Starbucks just lost a customer! I'm officially a Folgers Black Silk fan.
