I have been drinking nothing but Black Silk every since I discovered it. I have tried more expensive brands and have been left wanting. It isn’t good when you have to double the grounds to get the richness of a cup of Black Silk. I only drink fresh coffee. I use a one cup machine and usually a 16 oz setting. No warmed over coffee ever and coffee sitting in a pot for 2 hours is not my cup of tea. You get my point. Thank you for a wonderful product. I will be looking for your Noir brand in stores near me.

Amazing Coffee

I decided to try this coffee again after around 2 years or so. It has an amazing taste, smell, and smooth texture and goes down smoothly without a bitter taste or aftertaste. You only need like 1/3 of the grounds you need in more expensive brands like Starbucks. And it makes a perfect cup anytime whrn you add less, perfect for conserving coffee. It tastes rich and bold like any dark roast should. And it's an amazing deal so you can avoid breaking the bank. A must buy! 5 stars!

After traveling the world twenty two years in my given career I have become particular in my taste for food and beverage. Overall all for a readily available coffee I will attest to the fact that Folgers Black Silk is oh so pleasing.

Why did you change Black Silk???

I have been drinking Black Silk for several years now. The last 2-3 containers of coffee have been off, way off. It does not have the same bold taste and I now have to find a different coffee to buy. I can’t understand why you would change such a perfect coffee recipe. It was by far my most favorite coffee and I was extremely loyal. It turned me into a coffee snob! I am soooo disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my favorite coffee it is strong but doesnt have that burnt taste that a lot of other dark roasts have to me

When I first bought this product some years ago, it had the blackest color of any coffee, no variance of hue in it at all. When I brewed a pot, there wasn't any sediment left at the bottom what soever. To my shear delight, I continued buying and using that product for several months. I then noticed brown flecks throughout, sediment was left and grounds appeared at the bottom. Coffee that once brewed so clean now lost a satisfying richness. You DID change this product !!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
