Preground and never fresh

For pre-ground supermarket coffee, this was good enough to make me wish it was available as freshly roasted beans via mail order, as I am accustomed to, and a subscriber to. Then again, the targeted customer for this is not the serious gourmet coffee
fanatic. I have tried other Folgers and supermarket whole bean coffees, none deliver. Still, I would love to try whatever the source of this is in very freshly roasted ground beans. It could be the Folgers that breaks all barriers. The “Pro” Black Silk.

Grind is not the same

When I use the black silk, it has now started to overflow the basket. I’m suspecting the grind has changed. Unfortunately I have stocked up, but will not buy Folgers in the future.

I have been buying Black Silk for some time, it such a rich flavor coffee. I really Iike the taste and it settles on my stomach. Keep up the great coffee.

Robust without bitterness

I just bought some black silk the other day. I wish the pods came in a larger container but I got the ground. I love this coffee but it's very hard for me to find it in a lot of my supermarkets. That's why when I got it I got the canister because I don't want to run out of it

Folgers black silk has become a weak blend

I am so disappointed! Folgers is trying to make more profit at our expense. Black silk has become weak, no longer worth the extra money. It used to be what I look forward to every morning. Folgers should realize you can't fool coffee drinkers when you weaken the blend. I am changing brands.

I always buy Folgers Classic and love it…but decided to give this one a try and I’m NEVER going back. It’s TRULY SILK! Love the taste and the smooth, silky feel. Love that morning brew!!!

Disappointed lately

We are big coffee drinkers in our house and have always enjoyed Black silk. Lately we have noticed it's flavor is very weak. Something has changed and we are now changing brands as we refuse to spend another dime on poor quality coffee. It's unfortunate since we had really enjoyed the Folgers Black Silk brand for the past few years.
