Folgers Black Silk has changed

I have been a loyal Folgers Black Silk customer for many years and I can tell you that I know the flavor as well as I know the back of my hand. I assumed I must have purchased a bad batch and therefore the next time to buy coffee, as usual, I purchased Black Silk and again was disappointed in the taste, it was not Black Silk despite what the name was on the canister.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Recently received a box of 100 kcups black silk. What has happened Folgers ? It is NOT a smooth rich coffee. Bland, bitter and leaves an aftertaste.

Great taste gone bad

I have enjoyed my morning cup of black silk coffee for many years until I opened the most recent box of black silk. Was hoping my taste buds were still sleeping but am trying to work my way through 48 pods and it hasn’t gotten better. Why change a good product.? Sorry but I will be looking for a new product.

What did you do to your Black Silk Coffee? I Have been drinking g it for years and the flavor is off and doesn't seem to make a strong cup of coffee any more. Now I have to find a different coffee since I no longer enjoy my morni g coffee with this

Can't FInd the 43 oz Containers of Black Silk

We love this coffee really love it. It is really hard to find in the large containers and to buy little ones is alot more expensive. We drink a lot of coffee. We will have to find something else to drink as I am not going to pay almost double for it.

I love the taste of black silk coffee. When I'm done with it in the morning I have to go hug a tree it tastes so good.

I started enjoying this wonderful coffee years ago and I now accept no substitutions. This dark blend is rich in flavor, (both taste and aroma), that never gets old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My husband and I have been buying the Black silk ground coffee for YEARS. For whatever reason, something has changed. The coffee is repulsive and lacks the robust flavors we fell in love with. Now I have a 2lb jug of some of the worst black silk coffee grounds I have ever bought. Please fix your coffee! Something is seriously off!
