I was surprised at my first sip!

I honestly didn't know if I'd like this coffee but it was shockingly good! It has a rich, bold, smooth flavor and it's in the name, Black silk! I enjoyed this cup of coffee and I would absolutely purchase this!

Bold Solid Brew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a dark brew and Folger's Black Silk is a nice strong cup of coffee. There is no bitterness and the finish is OK. It brews up well and smells great. Overall, I wish it was a little richer but it is still a very good cup of coffee. If dark coffee is not your thing, then pass on this one. Well done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Folgers Black Silk Coffee has an amazing richness without the bitterness that some coffees tend to have.. This flavor is the perfect blend, leaving you yearning for another cup or two... I enjoy my coffee with a teaspoon of honey and a couple of splashes of liquid original creamer as for me that just makes the perfect cup of joe... as for now the Folgers Black Silk may just be my new go to!!! Thank you Influenster for allowing me to test and review this Great Coffee!!

Fine for preground coffee. Gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee is very dark and a bit bitter. I’m not sure I’d agree with the smooth finish label! It has medium acidity, strong bitter aftertaste with a fairly strong profile. It’s extremely dark and I find with ground coffee, darker profiles tend to taste too heavily roasted. That’s the case here. Stick to lighter roasts!

The darker the coffee the better it is !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time trying Folgers Black Silk coffee , don’t get me wrong I’m a Folgers fan , sadly I haven’t had the chance to try most of the flavors . but let me tell you , I had no idea on what I was missing on !!! I really enjoy dark coffee and yeah no flavor coffee for me . I'm not a fan of any sugar or flavor creamers and no milk for me , that’s why it’s very important that my dark coffee is just right since I drink my coffee black with nothing else in it .. Folgers’ Black Silk is now one of my favorite ground coffees aside from French roast and classic roast all by Folgers by the way , I've been drinking Black Silk a couple days now , it’s great to know that I have 3 different flavors to choose from everyday ! The smell in the air is absolutely amazing making it a great thing to start your day . I have tried other dark coffee’s over the years and have found that most dark coffee’s taste pretty sour (acidic) and gives a bad taste and the price , forget about it. Whether is Folgers Black Silk coffee or any other coffee from Folgers just know that Folgers has the most robust , intense and flavorful taste making this coffee turn in to an incredible experience and making it a high quality coffee there is by far. So, like myself if you enjoy a cup of coffee every morning and really appreciates coffee and love coffee with very strong flavor... Black Silk is for you.

Really a great surprise for a coffee snob!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DARK , *SMOOTH* roast with nearly zero burned flavor. Like a watered down TRUE Espresso cup. Great body for a cheap cup of brew. It has a little more caffeine than I prefer, especially for such a dark roast.
