[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster in exchange for a review. I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. It’s a bit smokier than the traditional Folgers but has a nice flavor. I probably wouldn’t replace my normal coffee but this would do in a pinch.

Find your balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called my review "find your balance" and here is why. If you make the coffee to folgers instructions on the container it's WEAK! No where near a dark roast. If you take the time to find your balance (mine is an extra scoop- scoop and a half past the instructions) for your taste buds then you have a pretty tasty cup of coffee. Would I call this a super dark roast? No. But is it pretty nice once you find your ratio? Yes

Great as a pour over!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a 16 oz pour over and an 8 ounce cup of coffee for myself of the Black Silk Folgers and was pleasantly surprised! It was dark, rich, and bold but did not taste burnt. We can just finished the entire canister of the French Roast and will enjoy drinking the Black Silk.

Very rich

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is dark roast . My husband loves this coffee. It’s very dark and rich ! It’s too dark for my liking but it’s really good. Better than Starbucks coffee but also it’s cheaper .

Rich and delicious

I do not know how to function without coffee so I take my coffee very seriously. This has a smooth flavor that is rich and bold. This is not a bitter dark and is by far a favorite dark blend for me

Bold coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't buy folgers so this was a nice chance to get to try 2 of their flavors for free in exchange for my review. I found the black silk roast to be low acidity and a nice full bodied black roast coffee taste. I can easily drink it black, but ive been enjoying making a latte. I'd say it doesn't have as much caffeine as im used too, as I needed to have another cup. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
