Smooth, yet robust!

We switched from maxwell house coffee and decided to give Folgers a try. Our big box store had the Black Silk as a limited edition product.
It has a bold and robust flavor and very palatable taste. The ending is very silky, smooth, and satisfying.
Hopefully this will be on the shelves whenever we’re shopping for coffee.
It’s out new morning coffee.

As good as expensive gourmet coffee

I'm a dark roast fan, and usually bought expensive, small batch, gourmet coffees. One day I decided to see what else there was to try at the actual grocery store. Picked this up. It's just as good as the expensive stuff with a deep, smooth, rich taste but no bitterness, aftertaste, and it doesn't rile up my acid reflux. I actually talked to people in the coffee aisle and recommended this!

This coffee has such a great robust flavor and is so smooth, not bitter. You will not want to add anything to it to take away from the taste.

The only coffee my husband likes

My husband likes bold, dark coffee. He makes a pot ever morning. Folgers Black Silk is all he drinks. He has tried all "bold/dark" Starbucks.

I am a teacher.We drink LOTS of coffee. I was gifted Black Silk by a student. I usually buy whatever is on sale because coffee prices have gone absolutely crazy. Because of that, I've tried quite a few brands but I always found myself dissatisfied by their tastes. This one really surprised me. It's got definite boldness without being bitter and I like the smell.This coffee brings back memories of being in a cabin in the woods, sitting on the front porch in the early morning and listening to the birds singing. Is that corny? Maybe. But this coffee really does it for me. I plan on making this my main coffee from now on.

I just bought black silk this past week, and it was gross, I use to like drinking this brank I do not know what happened but I will not buy anymore if this is what it is now. I am considering taking back the other can I have to the store, I do not want to take the change of it being gross as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Black silk coffee is my favorite. It’s rich and dark. The aroma is perfect to wake up too- nothing beats a cup of freshly roasted coffee in the morning. The caffeine in this coffee is perfect to start my morning and wake me up. I like to drink k it black and this is the best coffee to sip.
