As good as original

Recycled is cheaper for me and better for the planet. It also really helps that it is as good as the original manufacturers part. We have two fax machines that use these drums and we have used both OEM and remanufactured parts with great success.

Looked like an old cartridge because it was covered in black toner. It did not appear very presentable for the very high price paid for only a refill of toner. My used cartridge is only worth $2! I would recommend it though for now because of the very few choices available. Obiously the price was set by supply and demand and not by bang for the buck but that is still fair.

I took it out of the bag and everything and by then including me was black with toner dust. The counter my hands on my clothes the floor everything! It was leaking all over out of the unit. NEVER AGAIN will I try to save money and buy remanufactured anything!!! Obviously it was not inspected before it was packaged.

I purchased this toner cartridge as a greener alternative. Although advertised as "up to 8000" copies this cartridge printed less than 6000 before stopping. Original Brother cartridge got over 9000 copies. The few dollars of savings were not worth a 30% drop in copies.

We try and buy "green" products- that is why we got this cartridge. However after a week or so the print seems a little faint giving me the impression that this ink won't last very long. It hasn't run out yet and seems to be ok- the faintness hasn't gotten worse it's the same. I might try this again not sure.
