Did not last

Bought this toner to save a few dollars for the company and of course to be ecologically correct but it did not last more than 1 month. Usually my toner will last at least 4 months in our office but this product well died a very quick death. The old saying holds true "You get what you paid for". From now on I am going back to the Brother toner which is recommended for our copier.

If I could give less than one star I would. The toner is everywhere and the entire left margin of my docs is washed out.

Usually purchase the original but purchased remanufactured this time. Quality seems to be good. We will see if page count holds up to what was advertised.

Recycling program on these is terrible.

The toner does seem to work OK so far. But Staples ill-conceived "sustainable earth" recycling program requires that I go online give all my information and then tells me that I have to save up SIX cartridges before mailing them back. For us that's about three years worth. Sorry I'm not going to hang on to empty toner cartridges for three years. Brother provides a label right in the box to mail back cartridges as they are used. I wanted to support a company with local stores but as of June 2015 genuine Brother cartridges are about the same price (online) as these knock-offs so I will save the aggravation and buy Brother cartridges elsewhere.

DIED AFTER 8 DAYS OF USE.

Less than 100 pages were printed before this thing stopped working. I took it out shook it but still said "Toner Empty Replace Toner" I put in a new toner and it worked again. Staples is sending a replacement but we'll see how long that one lasts.
