I tried everything followed all directions and printer would not read that it was installed. Will be returning It is a refilled brother cartridge but it just doesn't work.

I hate to leave a a bad review on these because I really like the idea of recycled ink/toner but I have to agree with the other 1-star reviews. This toner is erratic in print quality sometimes doing ok and other times splattering on the page or just not printing sections of type at all. Very disappointing.

I had no issues with the other colors I bought but the cyan cartridge was not recognized by the printer. maybe I just got a bad one. I will attempt to return for replacement. Hopefully I will not get a hassle from the store.
