Purchased the correct replacement cartridge but after installation kept getting error messages. I returned TRU Red and purchased HP cartirdge and no issues. Can not recommend Tru Red remanufactured products.

Both ink cartridges were faulty and did not print colors correctly especially the cyan (blue).

not used yet but anticipate problems with remanufactured cartridge had trouble in past. Did not realize this was what I was getting. Poor English of customer service worker on phone = I didn't understand that I would receive remanufactured cartridge. I thought I was receiving a regular HP product. Will be praying that my HP printer/scanner/copier will accept the cartridge. Thank you.
