Ruined printer

The description says it’s supposed to be “compatible with HP printers”. It is NOT. I spent HOURS trying to undon how much these cartridges messed up the brains of the printer. Even rebooting didn’t work. Finally after removing them, putting in HP branded cartridges I finally got the printer to work. Beyond irritated at the wasted time. Do better Staples.

Blurry

HP Envy - both documents and photos are printing blurry even after doing a print alignment. Not happy with this item at all. This has never happened with the HP cartridges.

Not very compatible to HP printer

Purchased this set of Staples brand ink cartridges 64XL/64 that are advertized to be compatible to our HP printer. Every few days we were not able to print, with the printer informing us that the cartridges were not HP and were not aligning properly. We then had to fiddle around with the printer (turning it off, unplugging it, taking the cartridges out, then re-inserting them) until we could get it to print. This was the first time we tried Staples brand replacement cartridges, but would not purchase again. Guess we have to pay the exhorbitant price of HP cartridges. Next time we need to purchase a printer, it will not be an HP printer which apparently traps you into having to buy their HP product.

Great quality

They were super easy to install and I was setup and ready to print in just a couple of minutes. The quality of the ink cartridges are great, everything printed perfectly and I would definitely buy again and recommend trying. I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel.

My new favorite ink cartridges

The ink prints nice and clean, no smudge, dullness or skips in my prints. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

The pictures and documents that I have printed have been clear and bright. These cartridges are a quality product for a great price. I will definitely be switching to these ink cartridges!
