Disappointed. The cartridge will not align properly in my printer. Probably will not purchase the remanufactured cartridge again.

They are satisfactory. The black is fine the tricolor colors are not as vivid as HP's new cartridges. I have not received the Hallmark software program ordered at the same time as the cartridges! When can I expect arrival?
