For remanufactured I expected an exact fit - like a new original part. The cartridge is working but did not engage like a new part when I inserted it into the cartridge tray.

Remanufactured but don't fit

Great idea but two problems not described on website for my HP 9015e: 1. XL color cartridges do not physically fit into the printer. 2. Each wrapped with "Alert!" that one must disable automatic firmware updates for carts to work. There is only a url to explain how or when to do that. Because of the non-fit I didn't get there. Reordering HP brand cartridges.

My printer does not recognize these ink cartridges even though staples says they are compatible.
