I asked several times if this would fit my printer and assured it would or I could return, It does not click into place so I am returning. Only tried the black and never printed anything!!!

Remanufactured cartridges

I ordered the Staples remanufactured ink cartridges and my printer rejected them. After that my printer started rejecting HP cartridges. After three times I replaced the printer. I’m not sure but I suspect the remanufactured cartridges messed something up.

Staples advertised that your remanufactired ink would work properly in my HP printer. My order did not so I returned it as a defective product. Staples only refunded part of my purchase price if which I am very unhappy.

Product was advertised as compatible with HP Office Jet Pro 9015e. It isn't installation of remanufactured cartridge results in printer shutting with message of Cloned cartridge. Couldn't print until new HP Cartridge was installed.

Won't work on updated firmware

Bought this 10/1/2025, let the ink run out on my 9021 HP printer uses 962 carts. Install, wont print. On the inner plastic packaging, it says "Alert! Keep you cartridge working by disabling automatic firmware updates" Nothing about this on the website or even the outside of the package. Staples has always been good about this kind of problem, but its a nuisance.
