[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I will start off by saying I have never been a big at home coffee drinker. I loved a good coffee shop but couldn't ever quite replicate that coffee magic at home. Until I received this machine! Phillips has knocked it out of the park with this one. The amount of drink customizations is really impressive and I've been able to try new drinks right from the comfort of my home. Cleaning is also shockingly simple with this machine. All in all I'm extremely impressed with this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was really happy with my 4300 so when the 5500 came out with some features I desired I bought it. It was a total disaster.
Coffee was weak and the grounds container had coffee mud instead of nicely formed grounds pucks.
Since we still had the 4300 we returned the 5500.Guess we will live with yhe rreduced capabilities at least until Phillips gets things working correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this machine about a month now and love it! I had the previous model before but the new series has been upgraded to include iced coffee options which in the summer is a must!
Phillip’s series 5500 makes it so easy to make personalized coffee at home. The machine has 20 preset coffee recipes (includes ice drinks which is new from the previous version!). The machine is super easy to use - husband calls it lazy girl proof! The grounds are easy to clean up (just dump it out) and you don’t need to do it after every brew.
The machine is really quiet and heats up fairly quickly.
It takes a bit to figure out how you want the beans to be ground and getting it just right but once you get it (along with the right beans) you’ll never need to go out for a coffee again!

A phenomenal automatic espresso machine

It excels in pulling perfect espresso, with customizable settings and a milk frother. The convenience of having everything from grinding to cleaning automated is a huge plus, though it does take up a fair amount of counter space. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to any kitchen, striking a great balance between quality and convenience.

Easy to use and brews wonderful coffee drinks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fully automatic espresso machine is incredible. It took a few minutes to set up and run the cleaning function but was easy to use. The first couple cups were weak but after that they were perfect! This has multiple profile settings with “saved” drinks for each. The latte go is easy to use and the brewing is quick. I can now enjoy an amazing coffee/iced coffee/cappuccino (and more) without driving to a nearby coffee shop.
