Instead of letting me exchange for a new unit, like most places would, Phillips has made me jump thru hoops trying to fix this thing. Make sure you buy products from places that let you return or exchange.

Limitless coffee drinks and options! Great flavor!

My husband was skeptical of purchasing an expensive coffee machine like this one but even he loves it now! The number of drinks that it makes plus the available settings makes it a little complicated at first. The users guide and online information provided by Versuni does not even begin to explain what they all mean. But, I found a good youtube video that goes into a lot more details - it was a life saver! I've completely switched from my daily pour over coffee to one of the many delicious options on my new Espresso machine. There's nothing better than the flavor of fresh ground and brewed espresso!

Tried it, loved it, bought it, Easy to use and maintain. I’m not missing the delicious espressos I had in Italy nor am I missing my pricey Starbucks lattes. I look forward to my morning cup and the ease in making it. Designed in Italy, made in Romania - two of my favorite countries. The burr grinder is ceramic - unlike Juras steele one - much better. It has a higher pressure than Jura as well in addition to easier maintenance. It uses beans or has the capability of supporting ground coffee (great for guests who need decaf.). It’s the perfect size - doesn’t take up as much room as the Jura and is a really great looking machine. But, best of all the taste and price made my choice easy.

I was contemplating sending this back until I made coffee in my old coffee press and realized what an improvement this was. My husband and I use it multiple times a day and we love it. We bought an open box of the 5500 model, and a month in, no issues. We end up having the same 2-3 drinks most times, so for those contemplating the lower models, I would say that a few selections and the lack of profiles are nice to haves, but not a must. So far it's been a great addition to our lives.

We did significant research before buying this machine. We were impressed with all the features and reviews. We are very pleased with the machine, it runs a cleaning cycle prior to shutting off, notifies you when it is time to empty the grounds, fill the beans, and the water. It is so easy maintain.
