Everything is great except one mystery feature

The only mystery I have not been able to solve is that just before the coffee starts to drip, there is water coming out diluting the coffee. Other than that, it is a great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am over the moon with my machine, I have been longing for one for years after visiting a friend in Virginia who has one. The ease of use is by far what sets this machine apart from others, it's so easy to use. I also have begun to consume less volume of coffee compared to when I drank drip or a French press, the espresso just hits better and also has less acidity which my gut appreciates. WHile the machine does require some maintenance I find the weekly and monthly routine easy to keep up with. Do yourself a favor and get one.

The only draw back is the amount of water it holds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use and makes some of the best coffee I have ever had quickly and easily. Only 2 minor issues. First the instruction manual is almost useless. I had to go on the internet to learn how to operate it. Once I did that, it was super easy. The other thing is that after about 4 cups of coffee it wants me to empty the grounds and won’t let me continue until I do. At that point, however, the container is less than a quarter full of grounds.

It would be perfect if it wasn't so loud. We would recommed this machine even with the loud grinding sound.
