[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this during a Black Friday deal and have had it for about 6 months at this point. It's been working great since we set it up. We are not espresso experts or huge coffee snobs, but also appreciate something beyond a standard coffee maker. This unit has met all of our expectations and makes delicious espresso. It's so easy to use and the maintenance is a breeze. The only thing I find myself wanting with this machine is a milk froth/foam only button. There is a workaround, but I wish it was a built-in function.

The only thing is that the coffee that comes out is not very hot and you have to heat it up in the microwave... I like it very hot..

Let me start by saying I throughly enjoy my coffee, not that I'm a coffee snob, but I do enjoy a really good cup of coffee. With this machine I am able to enjoy a high quality cup of coffee anytime during the day without sacrificing convenience or affordability. Previously, I've made the switch from drip coffee, to single serve machines, back to drip, and finally ending up with a percolator to make my coffee before finding out about this machine. This machine is a complete game changer for me. I can get a high quality, single serving cup of coffee, without the guilty feeling of throwing away wasteful "plastic cup" from single serve coffee machines. Plus with the hopper that grinds whole beans, I literally get the freshest cup with every use.
