I have been using this product for 2 months now. I think the amount of latte this machine makes is little less than what we expected. We have to make it 2 times at least for each person in my house hold. The machine uses lots of coffee beans for this. Otherwise, coffeet tastes great. Perfect coffee everytime we press the button.
Makes good coffee, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to manipulate. I have experienced some difficulties with the decaf bypass. Coffee gets stucked in the bypass and only water comes out of the machine... :(
I chose this product because of all of the different types of coffee/expresso's that it does make. All "DEIICIOUS". Also because of how simple it is to use. Thank you for making this machine. ***** STAR.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there,
Thanks for your kind words - we're very pleased to hear that you've been enjoying the machine.

Does everything it says it will do. However, you can only adjust the max setting for amount of coffee and milk. That adjustment has no effect on the low and mid settings. I would like to have minimal foam/milk in my cappuccino. I can only adjust the max setting, and that is only after a set minimum is expelled. It would have been nice to adjust all levels or make the lower levels a set fraction of the max so that one change affects them all.
I would have given a perfect score but the used grounds catchment is messy to clean and too many grounds end up down the kitchen sink drain. Other than that we are happy with this product
I've been craving an affordable fully automatic at-home espresso machine for 10 years (since my last one died). after months of researching and agonizing over which machine would suit my needs best, I bought my Phillips. I've been using it for several months and tho the espresso drinks are delish, I would have liked a larger bean hopper that doesn't require filling every other day and where I don't have to actively engage to move the beans down into the grinder. I also would have liked a bit larger water reservoir so I'm not refilling that every 6 cups of espresso. my husband and I pour 3-4 double shots each, each morning. all that being said, the dump tray holds a fair amount of pods and water so I'm not cleaning that out every other cup AND I appreciate the 5000 cup limit before having to clean the guts and change the filter. I haven't used the milk frother yet cause I have a separate frothing machine that works just fine, but I'm sure I'll get to using it sooner or later. all in all, I'm pleased with my Phillips (Saeco) machine and look forward to my morning cup(s) of espresso now.
