[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very pleased with this coffee maker. It functions reliably and makes excellent coffee cappuccino and lattes! Cleaning and servicing as directed is straightforward and the machine seems to be of high quality materials and construction.

Wonderful easy machine,puts out best coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better than my Moka pot and keurig! Runs smooth and cleans the lines out each time I shut it off or turn it on. Easy to use and clean. I love not having to go to the coffee house.All winter I’ll be enjoying my coffee and saving coffee money, and gas! Very happy coffee drinker.

Makes GREAT coffee but a few things are annoying..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GREAT tasting coffee but these THREE things would make me reconsider the purchase and buy another brand:
1. The grounds compartment fills up SO fast - on my parents' Jura machine, they do not have to empty it EVERY day... plus the plastic red thing comes out every time I wash it?
2. The water reservoir is TINY... have to fill it up after three cups of coffee... just really a nuisance.
3. The coffee bean compartment is small AND the beans have to be pushed over on a regular basis or you get a weak cup of Americano.
All in all, I would NOT buy this machine again...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loving this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ease of this machine is so user friendly. Just have to make sure water and beans are full. The only drawback is that the water hopper is a little small, but that's no big deal. I am just mainly an espresso drinker, but this machine makes a good Americano, as well as a cappuccino and latte. Although the latte comes out more like a cappuccino. The auto milk frother is also a major plus.

So easy to use and great coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made the switch from a semi-automatic machine and won't be going back any time soon. This machine is super convenient and makes great drinks. The maintenance and cleaning is very easy. I am the only one that drinks coffee regularly in my house so it's getting used a few times per day. Can't say how it would handle higher demand.

Great coffee but machine in the shop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! It makes great coffee, is simple to operate. Nice amount of crema on my coffee, and the latte option works great. Here's the reason why I did not give it 5 stars: I had to bring it to a repair shop because it stopped working. All the 3 lights on the right turned red and I could not make any coffee anymore. The machine is still under warranty (I purchased it in February, it is now September) but I have to wait weeks for it to (hopefully) be repaired. This makes me a little nervous, what if this happens again after my warranty expires? That can be very costly. Hopefully, this will not be the case. I dusted off my old Nespresso machine in the meantime.
