[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best coffee. I no longer go buy coffee from a coffee shop. It’s pretty easy to use as long as you read the manual and watch some too the videos. Keep up with maintenance and you shouldn’t have any issues.

Excellent Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine seems to make it all and do it quite well. It's easy to learn and easy to operate. Cleaning and adding water, beans, and milk are all pretty simple. We've had it for several months and had no problems.

Worked for 3 days only, very bad experience

Very bad experience, coffee maker worked for 3 days only. The grinder was working but it was not brewing coffee, looks like something clogged inside even with water tank full. I tried to restore to factory settings 3 or 4 times but the problem came back again. Sometimes it worked fine but suddenly stopped. It looks like a design issue or not well tested before shipment. Very bad impression, I lost almost a bag of ground coffee not brewed by this coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
