Love our 3200!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had a Delonghi Magnifica and it suddenly stopped working. We needed a coffee maker quick!!! I did significant research and determined we wanted a Philips. I had originally picked one of the higher end coffee makers, but it wasn’t available for a week. The 3200 was available locally, immediately! We decided to get it and use it as a back up if we weren’t happy with the options. We have had it 2 months and it had all the options we need or want. The milk frother is phenomenal and so much easier to use and clean than our old machine. We absolutely LOVE this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never wanted an espresso machine because I hated the idea of making espresso every time I wanted to make coffee. I don't mind americanos but grinding beans, setting up the machine and all that just for a coffee is just bull. This machine solves that by automating the entire process, not just for espresso, but cappuccinos, lattes and americanos. And it even makes regular drip coffee!! The ONLY thing I don't like is that we have to empty the bottom tray daily, even if we put a cup to catch the runoff water (which is also annoying to deal with EVERY TIME we make coffee!). Also, the bean tray doesn't slope enough, so we have to push the beans every few days into the thing. But we are now having delicious coffee every day for breakfast and lunch, and it is GREAT! If you're looking for something SIMPLE, but EFFECTIVE, this is it1

Great Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product. Love the Frothier , but the Grind area for decaf does not work.
It just fell down inside of the inside and got stuck to all of the grease on the inside.
Other than that it has worked great thus far.
