Perfect cup of coffee, everytime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid coffee drinker I was more than excited to try out my new Phillips 3200. No concern with shipping as the unit was packaged sufficiently to withstand transport. All parts of the unit were well protected. There was even a handled included which made removing the unit from the box hassle-free. The machine is beautifully designed with absolute top quality materials and finishes. Set up was easy and you only need to initiate a cleaning cycle before use. The water heats quickly. There are multiple options for coffee which will satisfy just about any household. There is also the option to use ground or whole coffee beans. This machine boasts 12 grind options! Nothing like a cup of fresh ground coffee. This machine is fully automatic with customizable options for the perfect cup. The dispensing spout is adjust for multiple cup sizes. Also comes with a frother that can be stored in the fridge for later use. This machine is well worth every penny. You can’t ask for much more. Well done, Phillips! I would definitely recommend

Lots of features for the casual coffee drinker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had difficulty from the start with this product. The reviews I had read were spot on, unfortunately this was a gift and only read the reviews after receiving the product. The set-up overly complex and took several tries to complete after reading instructions several times. You need to keep a cup on the drink tray or you will be required to constantly empty the drip-tray as water comes out at start-up and auto-shutoff. These are minor inconveniences, the reason I would not recommend this product is due to water coming out prior to brew cycle starting. This means I need to quickly time the brew and switch cups to ensure I don't water in my cup as the machine ejects pre-brew water. I have owned SAECO automatica machines in the past and loved them. This was extremely disappointing as I have yet to brew a proper espresso after adjusting the grind and length of the brew. This should not be new information as most reviews mention my issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it has the highest quality parts and ease of use/cleaning at this price point. I didn’t realize that with latte go you can’t steam milk by itself, so if you want to steam milk for hot cocoa or something you really can’t. I would recommend getting the version where you steam your own milk so you have more control of the quantity.

Stop going out for specialty coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part of this machine is when you use the milk. There is no extra cleaning required! I mean there are no secret compartments or crevices or tubes where you have to take the machine apart to get to the milk before it sours. This is what really did it for me - because to have a good specialty drink, you need milk. The thing that always bothered me before was how I had to jump through that extra mental hoop of “but do I really want to have to spend time cleaning up the parts where milk was used?” - with this lattego it was an answer to prayer!!! Love this machine! Didn’t know how great the Philips brand was in this arena - now I do :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years my husband and I have had to have 2 coffee machines. An espresso for me and a regular coffee pot for him. For once he is happy with my especially machine. It is very easy to use and I think that's the difference for him. I love that it can use both grounds and whole beans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 3200 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine w/ LatteGo & Iced Coffee Machine is a coffee lovers DREAM!! Out of the box it can be intimidating but if you follow the easy-to-understand directions you will be making your favorite coffee drinks in practically minutes! It isn't much bigger than your typical coffee maker and fits nicely on my kitchen counter under my cabinets. You can make practically anything coffee related with this machine. I will never have to pay those expensive prices at the drive-through and I will always know what is in my beverage. The added plus is that you can grind your own beans and make your own froth!! I would highly suggest this machine to anyone who loves a great cup of coffee, latte, macchiato, or expresso !!
