[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice and easy to use machine. Makes great coffees. My only complaint is from two major limitations.
1. It is REALLY inconvenient to fill up a larger mug/cup of coffee. This is really designed around smaller cups.
2. There is no feature to dispense steamed milk on it's own. This is a major limitation for customizing one's drinks. For the price of the machine this really needs to be available.

It was easy to figure out how to make all the different types of coffee and has programmed settings for each one. My favorite coffee beans to use in it are the Lavazza Super Crema. So nice to have a variety of my favorite coffees every day.
