[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could use a coffee hopper where the beans actually flowed to the grinder and larger water and milk container
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We make 6+ cups per day on average, so well over 250 cups in the 2 months we've owned. Overall, it works very well, but there are few places where I think it could be better.
1) It's LOUD as in, walk in the other room while it grinds the beans loud.
2) Water tank could be larger, or ideally an option to connect to a water line or a larger tank sold as an accessory.
3) The bean section on top is too small and poorly designed. Every day I have to take off the lid and push the beans towards the opening. Sure, it only takes 30 seconds, but this should not be necessary - and it should hold a bit more.
I'm guessing these design choices have been made to fit a specific size requirement, but if they offered a larger unit that addressed the above, I think it would make for a better, long term device.
