[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine would brew coffee well, but anytime I would select a milk-based drink, it would not brew a consistent volume. Sometimes it would not dispense any liquid at all. The machine would grind beans and then dump them into the discard bin. It would also leak the entire contents of the water tank onto the counter within an hour of being filled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The foam is nice consistency and not "too" frothy, really just perfect I think. The espresso is good and foams nicely. I've had some great lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and the Americano and regular options are good for guests or a change. Over all, I'd buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The learning curve was an initial issue. However, the provided manual is well written & the online videos are helpful. My flavored creamer will pass thru latte-go system, but it is thick & does not froth well. I use whole milk then add flavors. It pulls an excellent straight shot.

Making two cups at once is not really a fact. After pushing the 2 cup button, it makes one, pauses, grinds more coffee and makes the next. It is slow.
