I wish we had the ability to make the coffee hotter. I set it to the hottest setting possible but it isn’t very hot. One other small change is like to see is a slightly larger milk pitcher. Otherwise, everything is simple to use and worth the money!

It does not operate as the reviews have led on. It is not user friendly. It is extremely LOUD. Sometimes, even with pressing the “x2” feature, the cups do not get full. Overall, I would look elsewhere.
