[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good quality and does each time a wonderful cappuccino coffee, the only bad point is that the ground coffee doesn't work at all and I can't use it, only coffee beans which is what bothered my daughter who would love to have her Tim Horton decaf made with the Philips machine.

And when it was beyond repair, it was replaced. The machine itself is good. At the beginning I couldn't adjust the strength, but after few cycles now it tastes good, and having the steam milk is amazing. Thank-you

Fun to try a variety of drinks

18 months now and I’m in the groove. Drinks are consistent, delicious, and easy.
I clean the brew group 1/month, empty the drip tray 1/week, fill the H2O 1/week, and grease the brew group every 4-6 months.
One engineering improvement would be to move the beans toward the grinder corner in an automated fashion.
Now we see how many years this baby lasts, reliability is so important.

***The bottom drip tray is warped, so it bounces around once fully seated into the machine. Molding defect for sure. I need to get it replaced Philips???
Otherwise still learning this machine, as it does need some adjustments for grind settings, strength and water volume. I am mostly using it for coffee, and the last two cups were pretty good. Just trying to figure my coffee size (two brews and which volumes) to get the flavor I like and the size cup I like. Temperature setting done while the machine was off made a difference too. Much hotter than the Nespresso Vertuo I had. Getting solid pucks too now, compared to the watery ones the first few tries. Will experiment with different beans and try some old favorites too. Tastes better than a Keurig for sure for single cups.
It's not that noisy and cleanup isn't major, once you know what you are doing it is routine.
I'll keep playing with it and find my happy spot and return to update my review.
