Nice printer for the price

A very nice basic laser jet printer. My biggest complaint would be that it seems to print kind of slow. If i make copies, its output is sufficient but standard printing could be faster. Overall, i am very pleased and happy with the purchase

Printer won’t connect.

Print quality is ok. I need to shut printer off and back on before it will print. This printer really annoys me that I constantly need to restart printer before it will print.

A gem of a printer

I chose the HL-L8360CDW to replace a competitor color laser printer that was old and difficult to maintain. I like laser printers in general over inkjet printers because of their robustness over inkjets. And when I compared the price of the Brother 8360 against other leading inkjet printers or laser printers, the Brother printer came out on top by a lot.
The 8360 come complete with excellent documentation and it was easy to install. The network install was quick and easy, too.
It prints documents exceptionally well and prints them quickly. The 2-sided print option is also a benefit.
The Brother 8360 far exceeds expectations.

Sharp colors and jam-free printing with a variety of paper, including card stock. Toner appears to be hanging in there, even after two months of use.

Difficult to configure

I initially configured it on a wireless network using one specific router. Now, when I want replace that router with another router, the printer does not work. I cannot configure it with another router no matter what I do.
