The printor is great!

The printor is wonderful. It prints fast and has good graphics. I am so glad I got this. The delievery on the other hand was not great. I lowered the amount of stars because USPS had it for over a week before they told me it was too heavy and large to be delievered. I could have bought this same product from a store and found my own way to get it home

So Far So Good

Had never owned a Brother printer but purchased this one based on the recommendation of a friend. The printer is now over 3 months old and it meets my expectations. Print quality is sharp, colors are great and it is quiet. Very satisfied at this point and hope to be for years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

it is very slow, very BIG, and you have to open the back to print envelopes, BAD Design.

Envelopes

Like it, but the envelope feed is more complicated than it should be. You should just be able to open up the feed and put them through, but this one you open the back, put down the 2 pins on both sides, pull down the other side and only put 3 envelopes through. Doesn't tell you that in the guide. I had to google it and print out the envelope instructions.

Great printer with only one negative

Overall I love this printer , prints clearly, the bluetooth feature is amazing. My only complaint is that I cannot set up the automatic ink cartridge shipments and the product info does not give clear instructions.

Great print quality

I got this printer to make wedding labels on a shiny paper. The print is great and there is no smearing or drop out on the paper. The printer even has a setting for using inkjet paper instead of laser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

I bought this printer back in November 2017 but wound up having surgery and didn’t get it going until two or three weeks ago. The video on removing the tape holding all of the parts in place for shipping was helpful. The installation CD was pretty worthless probably because I prefer to use Windows 7, but I just went to the Brothers site and downloaded the right drivers and I was in business. Once I had the desktop going and the printer on, the laptop connected wirelessly when I ran the driver. I’m happy with the speed of warmup and the pages print quickly. The print quality is excellent. Overall, it is a good price at a very fair price. I haven’t tried printing from my iPad or iPhone yet.
