Perfect with one exception

I love this new speedy laser printer, but I didn't realize until too late that it does not scan. This is a big shortcoming, which means I had to buy a hand-held scanner to compensate. Yes, it's possible to take a photo with my phone, but not nearly as clean as a scan, or ready for editing. I'm a teacher who scans frequently--I'm sure a built-in scanner would not have been cost prohibitive with this printer. The pluses are this print does 2 sided color copying really fast and the ink is dry immediately. Super quiet too.

I have enjoyed my laser printer as it prints clear and in vibrant colors. You get just the right paper and you have a good product.

This printer uses way too much toner, which is much higher than other toner I have used in your other printers. I will probably purchase another printer and discontinue using the HL8360CDW.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

It works good when it works. I downloaded the software and it connected. Everytime after it wouldn't recognize the printer and I had to delete and reload the software to use. I went down and purchased a cheap printer to use. I hope have this expensive one new Thursday doesn't work. Smh

After using this product, It was very obvious that a tremendous amount of research went into Its' development. This machine is perhaps the best laser printer on the market. Thank you Brother for looking out for the consumer and caring. Next product will be Brother.
