Quiet and produces good quality prints

i am very pleased so far with the printer and the quality of everything. I have not used the wireless feature yet but it is a great for what I need to do, need to read up to set up wireless to the router

There are some design problems with this printer, and the frimware is seriously lacking

This is such a fun and great quality printer. I admit, I miss having an all-in-one and was sorry it wouldn’t connect wirelessly, but I still love it.

Awesome Printer—and Even Better Customer Service!

I've had this printer for over 6 months and am very happy I ordered it over an inkjet for use in small home business. It works great—fast, high quality printing, simple to setup, and easy to "air print" from our phones, iMacs, and laptop—but even beyond that, I'm thrilled with Brother for their exceptional customer service. When I used the wrong paper and damaged the fuser, they replaced the under-warranty printer at no cost to me. It was an easy process, and the result is a very happy customer. Because of that, I added a Brother Inkjet printer for my wife for general home use and photo printing, and it works great, too. Granted, exceptional customer service isn't always something that compels you to buy a product—but it's a huge difference maker if you ever actually have a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Long lasting printers work reliably and well

I had issues with duple printing since day-1, I had to look for the latest driver constantly and instal in my all my cpm[uters at home. Sometimes the driver installation process with fail 2-3 times then succeeding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for the price

It was easy to install and set up. Best of all it prints on both sides of the paper. I was't expecting that. And my wife loves the ability to print directly from her phone.
