My old color laser printer died on me on duplex job I was trying to do. My research landed me to this one. Setting this unit up was easy on my home network. Printing from local system was breeze, I installed the app on my phone now I can check the printer status as well as printing directly from phone. I even tried the duplex printing and envelope. Printing a picture on normal paper came out so good that someone thought to use it a normal photo picture. I think I am beginning to like that printer a lot.
I love this printer. It's fast and doesn't jam occasionally like my old printer. Also the laser printer cartridges don't need frequent replacement, so its easy on the maintenance. Only had it for 2 months but I'm already in love with it.
Colors are off really bad. Also the paper curl is just not acceptable for me and my type of work. Had I noticed the reviews about both these problems, I would have not purchased this printer. I'll have to donate it to someone who can live with the curl.
The HC-L8360CDW does a great and very efficient job for me every day in my office at work. Very simple to use and handles all my business needs. Also have two smaller models in my home for personal use. A great printing device!
Wonderful way to support a growing small business.

I purchased my HL-L8360CDW last year when my older Brother multi-function printer died. This one is great! I purchased the additional paper tray and have one loaded with high-quality 28lb paper and the larger tray loaded with 20lb paper for everyday printing. In addition, I use the high capacity cartridges and enjoy the extra capacity and gaps between replacing.
We've been using Brother Printers and HP printers for years. I can say now that Brother is a true competitor and we love their printers including this one. If I had one suggestion for improvement only, it would be that I'd wish for a faster first page out.
