Can’t get the drum out!!

I can’t get the drum out to replace the toner. Nor can I find anywhere to get help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have an HP 8550DN and was looking for some less expensive to take over some of the load from an aging piece of equipment. This is doing nicely. Would easily recommend it.

Its a glorious large color laser printer but...

If you want to get an awesome great color laser printer that will not give you problems this is your printer. Its wireless and color is beautiful.
But it is not a multi-function scanner, fax and printer and it has large footprint and is heavy!
Takes a few too many seconds if asleep to wake up but it is pretty bullet proof! I’s buy it again if I needed to.

Ease of set up and functionality are commiserate with the price. Have not had it long enough or used it enough to recommend on the basis of durability (has been an issue with other laser printers in the past). Prints clear and crisp, but not as fast as advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't get it installed

Printer is not recognized by computer. Have tried both wireless and USB cable but same results.
