Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our freezer in September of 2021 and it keeps our food really cold. So far, so good. We also purchased its “twin” Sidekick refrigerator, but that just came up with an irreparable Freon leak.

Great Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our older Whirlpool Sidekick freezer with this newer model. We also purchased the available ice maker, which was one of the deciding factors for this freezer. The door bins in this freezer are smaller and do not hold as much. Also, tha pizza bin on the bottom of the door is a waste of space and should be replaced with a larger wire bin. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great "extra" freezer! Only downside is the protective film that is placed on the appliance is difficult to get off! There is still some on the sides under the door gasket!

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old freezer was old and too small. This one is the perfect size. It is roomy, has lots of storage in the doors and is silent. I freeze a lot of vegetables when they are in season, and I can now fit everything.

Still Pondering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a little disappointed at the design. Lots of wasted space on the doors compared to my last set of Sidekicks. Also, the Freezer door is uneven with the back top of the freezer, and therefore is uneven with the fridge top. The constant beep in the freezer after the door is open for only a few seconds is annoying, as is the need to reset the freezer. I also don't find the freezer glass shelves as sturday as the last ones. I'm disappointed these only came in stainless. I really liked the white ones. I had to buy these since they were custom built into my cabinetry. Not sure if I would have bought them otherwise. Time will tell how good the performance and warranty turn out to be. I do think the pizza bin in the freezer is a huge waste. And full drawers in the fridge would hold so much more instead of 4 small drawers. Thanks.

Plenty of freezer room

Dependability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We we bought our first set of Whirlpool Sidekicks in White in 2004 they are still working perfectly the only reason we bought these new Sidekicks was they came in stainless and we redid our kitchen and stainless this year so we're handing down our 2004 Whirlpool Sidekicks to our daughter and I hope that she has as many years out of them as we had they still look brand new
