CRAP!!!

Decided to go with these when we remodeled the kitchen. In the last 5 years I have had to replace both the Freezer and the Refrigerator twice. When the refridgerator failed there were no parts available for the repairs. NO PARTS AVAILABLE...ANYWHERE! I tried to contact whirlpool directly and there response was that the parts were backordered and they would get back to me. My freezer has just failed again and because the cabinets were built for these specific units and there are no other full size stand up options that will fit in the opening (66" high, all others are 70"+) I will have to buy another of these crappy units, however just like the parts I needed 2 years ago they are backordered! Stay as far away from these units as you can. ABSOLUTE JUNK!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor workmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer works fine but the first one had to be replaced because it leaned to the right about 1” and therefore would not line up with the refrigerator next to it. The second freezer still leans a little bit to the right but not as bad, so we gave up and accepted it as it is. We are tired of switching froze. Items from freezer to coolers and back to the freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
