(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this freezer after my old freezer of 24 years finally gave out. So far, I’m satisfied. It works as it should, is relatively quiet and has a nice aesthetic. I find the seal around the door isn’t strong but as I say so far it’s doing it’s job so I have no complaints and it’s wirking as it should.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great concept, worked fine, now cheaper quality

I loved these 13 years ago when I bought them. Designed my whole kitchen around them. They worked great and stored tons. A much better idea than the high end built ins. Then the fridge went out and had to buy a whole new set. Am sorely disappointed in the new models. Lots of wasted space on the doors for both fridge and freezer. Who needs 4 veg bins?? Super plasticy ice tray for freezer. Would have never bought these again buy have to unless redesign kitchen. These are such a great idea, Whirlpool, why did you ruin them???

For the same money or less that many side by sides you get all this space, if you are willing to give up the cabinet and counter space

We are still awaiting a fix on the ice maker. We were told it was on back order. This is a replacement of a 15 year old same model. Although the outside dimensions are the same we had to restructure the walls so that the door would open fully.
I would recommend this to a friend!
