Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our freezer in September of 2021 and it keeps our food really cold. So far, so good. We also purchased its “twin” Sidekick refrigerator, but that just came up with an irreparable Freon leak.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had the Whirlpool Freezer side-kick for over 19 years. Never once did it need service. However it Finally shut down 2 weeks before the start of a kitchen remodel. Needless to say, I replaced my Freezer and Refrigerator side/kicks with new ones. Very pleased with their look, utility and price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer only because my refridgerator went out and the new model didn't match my old. So, this was a cost I wasn't planning on. I also had to get this model due to the space in my kitchen. I was not impressed by the reviews and hope that things have improved on the newer models. Too new to rate.

Love the look and frost free

Poor quality, poor salesmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially purchased in August 2023, defective as ice maker wire harness buried behind rear panel, replacement 4 months later also defective, final replacement will not connect to recommended ice maker which I purchased, after almost 8 months and several trips to the store and 12 phone calls, I was told the freezer was not built for an ice maker, this is after I had spent quite a bit of money and time building the surrounding cabinets to fit. I am now stuck with a freezer without an ice maker. Keep in mind this was sold as advertised with the ability to hook up to an ice maker.
