I love this product for having my lunch warm without the use of a microwave. I received one for my birthday that had two inserts. I enjoyed it so much I went to the website and purchased additional for others as gifts. I thought I was getting a great price for my recent purchase but come to find you get what you pay for. My recent purchases did not have the additional insert. It is still a great product I just may have not purchased 3 as gifts because it was not the super price deal for what was received.
