Great but...

As a soup enthusiast and a daily office-goer, I was thrilled to try this out. However, during my initial experience, while tightening the lid on the internal storage container, my finger, positioned on the metal underside, inadvertently got butterfly-sliced open. Fortunately, the injury wasn't severe enough to require stitches, but it served as a close call. While this gadget is fantastic, I'd like to caution others to handle it with care based on my experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product but wish I could get extra inserts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it every workday since i received it. It is easy to use and get my soups to the perfect temperature. I meal prep all of my lunches and don't like to use the microwaves at work. I have another warmer for that I use for my main but I like to have soup with my lunch and this allows me to heat the soup and main meal at the same time.
I only wish you could purchase extra inserts for those of us who meal prep. If I could have 5 inserts I could prep my weeks lunches and just grab and go when heading out in the morning. And just through them in the dishwasher when I get home. I currently have to wash and refill it each night to be ready for the next day. I know.... not that big of a deal but I think it was a big miss that they don't allow you to purchase extra inserts. If they had these I would say this product would be perfect. Please make them available.

Fantastic product!!! Warms your food up but not so hot you can't eat it!! My wife got me this for a gift, and I absolutely love it!!!

Inner Pot is not stainless steel

This product is a great idea. However I question the material used. The inner pot is not made of stainless steel. It looks like it’s aluminum as a magnet falls right off. The finish of the inner pot is also dull not shining, looks like aluminum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am pleased with my crockpot. I only wish the inner pot had a Teflon coating. Sometimes food sticks to my pot and I have to soak it to remove the food.
